BYM Educational Grants
Each year, BYM awards up to $20,000 in scholarships to members or regular attenders of Monthly Meetings associated with BYM (or from their children). These grants may be applied to expenses associated with undergraduate attendance at accredited post-secondary educational institutions.

Sue Thomas Turner Quaker Education Fund Grants
The Sue Thomas Turner Quaker Education Fund was established in Baltimore Yearly Meeting in 1996 in recognition of Sue Thomas Turner's long support of Quaker education and Quaker values in public education. Its purpose is to: support the understanding and use of Quaker faith and practice in school communities and support the development of lives lived in the Spirit of Friends by members of school communities.
Applications are generally open January 1 - March 1 and grant decisions are made in April. For more information, click here.
Miles White Beneficial Society Grants & Scholarships
The Miles White Beneficial Society of Baltimore City (MWBS) is comprised by members of Baltimore Yearly Meeting. MWBS awards:
- Education and Enrichment Grants - These grants are for projects or programs that provide school-year or summer-focused educational or enrichment programs to young people in Baltimore City.
- Health and Human Services Grants - These grants are for projects or programs designed to meet the basic human needs of the residents of Baltimore City.
- Innovative Project Grants - These grants are for projects or programs in Baltimore City that create new approaches to addressing social justice issues.
- Student Scholarships - Scholarships for undergraduate college and post-secondary vocational education students from or in Baltimore City who are academically successful and working to make a difference in their communities.
