Documents for the Annual Session are due to the BYM Office in order to be compiled and circulated to Friends in advance and at Annual Session. Documents for Annual Session include:
- Spiritual State of the Meeting Reports from Monthly Meeting
- Annual Reports from all BYM Committees and Working Groups
- Annual Reports from Affiliated Organizations
- Supporting documents for items approved by the Clerk for inclusion on the Business Agenda
- Memorial Minutes for inclusion at Annual Session and in the Yearbook
- Other epistles and documents
