She founded and directed the Jamaica Peace Education Program based on HIPP curriculum in partnership with the Rotary Club of Savanna la Mar, Jamaica. She is Restorative Justice facilitator for Northern Virginia Mediation Service's Restorative Justice Project in partnership with Fairfax County Public Schools.
