Powell House retreat center in Old Chatham, NY is hosting a gathering of Christ-centered Friends during Labor Day weekend. The program is intended to help Friends in the northeast have fellowship and join together in waiting worship.
Mandawala Pannawansa, a Sri Lankan Buddhist Monk, will lead meditations at Friends Wilderness Center’s Niles Cabin, starting at 10:00 am. There will be a break for lunch at 12:30. You may bring a bag lunch, or order one for $7.00. Reservations for a lunch are required.
