Richard Weidner, FWC Board Member and Qi Gong practitioner, will be teaching and leading this workshop at the Niles Cabin from 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM. Qi Gong is the 4000 year old Chinese practice of aligning breath, movement, and awareness for exercise, healing, and meditation. This will be an introduction, including some mild physical movements, to Qi (Chi) Gong. Wear loose, comfortable clothing. Some of the first session exercises may be done in a sitting position for those not capable of them in a standing posture. You may bring your own bag lunch and beverage or have a home cooked lunch at the Niles Cabin for an additional $10.00 charge. Contact Sheila Bach (304-728-4820 or snbach@earthlink.net) for directions, more information, reservations, and reservation changes. Try our new directions to Niles Cabin using MapQuest. Cost: All FWC programs are offered free of charge, but we suggest a donation of $10.00 or more per person.
