The Working Group on Racism is facilitating this workshop, beginning at 10:00 am. The workshop explores privilege, exclusion and inclusion, initially relating to race, gender, and sexual preference. Other questions around privilege or the lack thereof may arise. The workshop was inspired by a 2010 plenary at Northern Yearly Meeting and will be the basis of the Wednesday Afternoon Plenary session at Baltimore Yearly Meeting’s Annual Session 2013. Participants in this workshop will have the opportunity to co-facilitate group circles for the summer’s plenary session. Pre-registration is highly recommended.
