Adelphi Friends Meeting will hold its annual Strawberry Festival on Saturday, June 2, from 10 am to 3 pm (rain or shine), on the Meeting grounds, 2303 Metzerott Road, Adelphi (between Riggs and Adelphi Roads). In addition to luscious, vine ripened, local strawberries, the Festival features a giant rummage sale with fantastic bargains in previously owned clothes, jewelry, kitchenwares, electronics, tools, books, house plants, and much more. A section for children includes clothes, games, and toys.
