The Groundwork USA network works to help communities to improve and care for their local environment, reclaim vacant and derelict lands for conservation, recreation and economic development, support business, nonprofit, government and community efforts to improve their local environment, and more. Dennis Chestnut is Executive Director of the Groundwork DC program. Dennis works closely with Washington Quaker Workcamps, one of our partner organizations.
