Using her book Decision Making & Spiritual Discernment: the Sacred Art of Finding Your Way, Nancy Bieber will outline a simple three-fold approach to making decisions using spiritual discernment. Join members of Baltimore Monthly Meeting, Stony Run for a living history presentation beginning at 1:30 pm. Virginia Schurman of Gunpowder will portray Martha Ellicott Tyson and will answer questions about relations between free African-Americans and Quakers at the start of the 19th century.
Ready for a mid-winter pick up? Come in out of the cold for a You-All-Com Quaker Sing. 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm at State College Friends Meeting. No special singing skills needed, just a desire to share an afternoon of singing.
